    The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 CAD, based on industry standards and the cost of living in our region.

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team as a Visual Creative Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Estimating time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery of projects;
    • Adapting existing illustrations to meet client needs;
    • Assisting in developing storyboards for electronic productions, including multimedia, interactive, and digital products;
    • Consulting with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations;
    • Developing and producing realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations;
    • Producing 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations;
    • Working in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders;
    • Cordinating all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials;
    • Cordinating sub-contracting tasks when necessary;
    • Establishing guidelines for illustrators or photographers;
    • Preparing sketches, layouts, and graphic elements;
    • Utilizing existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides;
    • Processing files and paperwork;

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A college/CEGEP diploma in a relevant field (e.g., graphic design, fine arts);
    • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar role;
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities;
    • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud;
    • Familiarity with 2D and 3D animation techniques;
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
