Operating since 1978, Lydale is one of western Canada's most trusted disaster clean-up and reconstruction specialists.We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Office Administrator for our Regina branch.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and route to appropriate individual
- Greet incoming visitors and notify appropriate staff member of arrival
- Provide day to day support for the branch
- Process mail and prepare couriers
- Administration of claims files
- Filing
- Data entry and tracking
- Miscellaneous clerical duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in using a multiline switchboard
- Intermediate computer skills
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Skilled at handling a fastpaced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to multitask and detailed oriented
