As an Advisor, Talent Development & Learning (TDL), you will be responsible for facilitating engaging and interactive learning sessions and team development activities designed to support employee capability in positive workplace culture and contemporary skill development.
As a member of the larger TDL team, you will assist in the development and customization of materials based on learner feedback and evolving organizational needs.
You also may be called upon to support the development, implementation, testing and evaluation of organization-wide learning opportunities. To accomplish this, you are known for creating and maintaining positive working relationships with your team and key stakeholders.- Classification: Advisor

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a post-secondary degree or diploma in human resources, business, adult education or related field. A minimum of 2 years demonstrated facilitation experience in an adult learning environment. Strong communication skill with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Experience in both in-person and online learning is an asset. Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint; Word, Teams etc. Experience in Adobe Connect is an asset. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Must balance the ability to work independently with showing up as a strong team player. A combination of education, skills and experience will be considered. A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel on occasion is also required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the needs and characteristics of adult learners and adult learning principles. An ability to facilitate interpersonal communications, various methods of facilitation, leading group discussions and resolving group conflicts.
Possesses strong computer and organizational skills for preparing course materials and delivery of courses and has experience using e-learning methods and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum 2 years' experience in learning and development and/or human resources in a healthcare organization, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
