Physiotherapy Assistant - Maple, Canada - Medrehab Group
Description
Foreign trained Physiotherapist / Licensed KIN/PTA college diploma- 2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
- Clinical skills in manual therapy and functional exercise
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Operate and maintain modality equipment including IFC, Ultrasound, Laser,
- Deep knowledge of different physical therapy techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer engagement and retention ability.
- Selfmotivated individual with ability to work independently and within a team
Duties
- Follow and implement treatment plans designed by physiotherapist
- Communicating, reporting, patient follow up calls, hands on treatment, updating patient progress
- Maintain all equipment, laundry, and clean up
- Provide excellent service deliverer and customer retention strategies
Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience:
- physiotherapy clinic: 2 years (preferred)
