Lot Attendant and Detailer needed

Colision Repair Experts Calgary North is seeking a driven and experienced automotive detailer to expertly clean vehicles for delivery and check vehicles in for repair as well as staging vehicles for customers, technicians, and for repairs and refinishing.

The qualified individual should have a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail.

They should also have a high level of respect for equipment and vehicles, along with a basic understanding of cleaning supplies, methods and understand the basics of vehicle damage qualification.

They should also have a valid Class 5 drivers license and have a "no nonsense" attitude towards work. They must also be physically able to work outdoors for periods of time while attending to the lot.

Tasks would include:

Valet services for customers and technicians on the lot
Prewashing of vehicles for checkin
Identifying and Marking areas of related and unrelated damage
Photographing damage and categorizing photos
Pre and Post Scanning of Vehicles with Diagnostic Scanner
Rewashing markings off of vehicles and signing paperwork
Blowing dust off of vehicles
Cavity Wax Removal on Paint
Vacuuming and interior detailing of vehicles including vinyl cleaning
Glass Cleanup
Pet Hair Removal
Glass Cleaning without streaks
Paint shining and polish removal
Some Light Paint Polishing
Some Bug and Tar Removal
Shop Cleanup and Organization including garbage removal
Shop Sweeping and floor cleaning
Outdoor Cleanup and vehicle moving
VIP Priority Cleaning For VIP Customers
Miscellaneous Parts and Inventory handling
Other Tasks as directed by management

This is a physically demanding role, with high demand for timeliness and self management.

Expectations are in place for the quality of the cleanliness of the vehicle and the speed at which they are completed along with general driving abilities.
