But wait, there's more As our Office Manager, your main responsibilities will include: conducting workplace inspections and providing feedback to staff members; reviewing and renewing the building lease and insurance; maintaining office efficiency by implementing and executing operational procedures; monitoring daily workflow to ensure the overall efficiency of daily operations; coordinating with vendors and service providers; reviewing systems, policies, procedures, system action plans, guidelines, tracking sheets, manuals, forms, position agreements, and operations manuals for the Administration, Finance, and HR departments; monitoring, checking, and arranging for any building concerns that require maintenance and repair; assisting in hiring, onboarding, training, and overseeing administrative support staff; reviewing, updating, and discussing quarterly and annual business plans and budgets; organizing business and staff development meetings and trainings; updating, maintaining, and tracking all office inventory, software inventory, and hardware inventory; updating, maintaining, and tracking all warranty information; assisting in and coordinating the planning and execution of company events; managing the mentoring of junior staff and onboarding staff members.

Your education and experience are important to us


We would prefer:

  • A minimum of two years' related experience (but if not, we are ready to train you).
  • Completion of high school and some college/CEGEP/vocational program, or completion of university.

Salary:
$42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
