• Conducting sales activities to generate leads and close deals
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
• Analyzing market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Utilizing Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
• Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote company products or services

• Strong account management and sales skills
• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for business development
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
