FULL -TIME SHIPPING & RECEIVING POSITION - METRO TRUCK BRANTFORD, ON.
The Metro Truck Group of companies is a full-service centre for all heavy truck and trailer needs. As our trusted brand continues to evolve, we are looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our Brantford team

Main Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Manage the shipping process to ensure timely, accurate deliveries for both incoming and outgoing shipments
Responsible for picking and assembling orders, preparing orders for shipment, and loading and unloading trucks
Responsible for receiving shipments by signing for incoming shipments, inspecting products, and ensuring proper and accurate paperwork is maintained
Accountable to maintain a safe, clean and efficient storage area
Adhere to all company policies and procedures as set out by the Metro Truck Group of companies
Uphold strong communication, organization and time management skills; ability to interact effectively with customers and all levels of staff
Position requires standing; lifting; walking; bending; and occasional ladder use
General housekeeping duties

Qualifications:

2+ Previous Shipping and Receiving / Warehouse Experience
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions, and work both independently and as a team

Valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation to and from our Brantford location_
