Job summary
Manage insolvency and restructuring processes for clients with financial distress Conduct thorough reviews of accounting records to evaluate asset and liability positions Develop estimated realization schedules to provide strategic advice on suitable pathways Analyze implications of varying options on stakeholders Prepare comprehensive reports detailing a corporation's financial status Maintain current knowledge of Canadian insolvency legislation Ensure compliance with all procedural and regulatory standards Act as impartial intermediary focusing on maximizing recovery for creditors Assist in acquisition and liquidation of assets Collaborate with Trustee to oversee the restructuring or liquidation process Communicate with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Support preparation and submission of corporate tax returns Mentor junior team members Engage in marketing and networking initiatives
