Key Responsibilities welding tasks under supervision perform cutting fitting welding structural steel components assist verifying measurements tolerances against shop drawings support fit-up checks prior final welding maintain clean areas following health safety environmental procedures participate safety meetings proactively report any hazards near misses communicate clearly supervisors QC team members ask questions seek guidance continuously improve skills
- A minimum year related welding experience
- Completion Welder Fitter College program preferred
