Job Title:
Background Screening Analystand Fingerprint Technician
Reports to:
Director of Operations
The Background Screening Analyst and Fingerprint Technician, under the guidance of the Director of Operations, will be part of a small team enabling the completion of ISN's pre-employment services and processing fingerprint check.
This will be accomplished by following operating procedures, organizing multiple priorities and providing high levels of customer service while adhering to tight timelines.

Job Duties
- Provide high levels of customer service while adhering to tight timelines
- Complete preemployment checks including but not limited to:
- Criminal Record checks, local and international
- Credit Checks
- Driver Abstracts
- Employment Reference Interviews
- Education Verifications
- Open Source Intelligence Scans
- Process fingerprint payments, invoice creation and monthly logs
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- 13 years of employment history preferrable in customer service or an administrative role
- College or university degree
- Or equivalent experience.
Salary:
$35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
