Description
Longwood Building Corporation is looking for an enthusiastic site supervisor to add to our growing team.

Tasks for site supervisor
- coordinate workers and trades
- maintain construction schedules to meet closings
- ensure quality of work is maintained
- schedule city inspections
- order supplies and materials
- assist with any repairs and clean up when necessary

qualifications
- must have own vehicle
- must have proven construction and management experience (5-year)
- must have their own tools
- must be able to use outlook, Microsoft Exel, Word


Salary:
From $65,000.00 per year
