Cova Pay Implementation Specialist (Temporary Position - 3-4 Months with potential to transition to full time employment)

Team Description:


The Cova Pay Team is a key part of the Cova Operations Team and is responsible for the customer journey from contract approval to the store going live.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and driven Implementation Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up Cova Payment terminals in legal cannabis retail stores and training their staff on its use and operation.

A typical "onboarding" of a store requires one virtual remote session that includes hardware configuration and store training.


Qualifications:

Administration Skills

  • Comfortable with Outlook, Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Appointment setting and outbound call campaigns.
  • Good written and verbal communication Skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Solid followup abilities.
  • Comfortable speaking with Clients and Payment partners as onboarding specialist.
Technical Requirements

  • Understanding of credit card terminals and activations.
  • Basic internet and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with Android operating system and devices.
  • Ability to guide customers through terminal pairing and activation.
We are looking for someone to assist in the implementation process for the Cova Pay service. As a Cova Pay Implementation Specialist you will be responsible for configuring and activating newly signed Cova Pay customers.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Communicating with Clients directly.
  • Scheduling appointments for Cova Pay terminal configuration and testing.
  • Outbound calls to customers who have received hardware to help in configuration.
  • Troubleshooting connectivity, merchant credentials and hardware setup.
  • Basic knowledge of Cova POS to help answer ad hoc questions.
  • Tracking progress and managing records in Salesforce and TaskRay, keep up to date.
  • Regular check ins with team.

Reports to:
Program Manager, Denver


Compensation:
$20 - $22/Hr USA

$27 - $29.50/Hr Canada
