- Préparer et fabriquer des produits vrac dans le strict respect des procédures, des règles de sécurité, des standards et des bonnes pratiques de fabrication;
- Assurer la fabrication de produits pharmaceutiques et cosmétiques à l'aide d'équipements automatisés;
- Assurer le respect strict des modes opératoires et des procédures en vigueur;
- Mettre à jour l'ensemble de la documentation associé aux activités, selon les procédures en vigueur, dans le respect des cGMP's;
- Enregistrer les temps passés pour la réalisation de la production dans le système Horoquartz et justifier les écarts;
- Travailler de façon interactive avec l'ensemble des services support (entrepôt, AQ, validation, sécurité etc);
- Préparer, monter, démonter et nettoyer les équipements de travail;
- Peser les matières premières, définies dans une recette selon les GMP's;
- Assurer le nettoyage manuel ou par système NEP du poste de travail et des équipements;
- Participer à l'amélioration du poste de travail.
- DES, AEC ou DEC dans une discipline connexe au poste.
- Expérience pertinente sur des équipements et systèmes automatisés dans le secteur manufacturier.
- Connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique constitue un atout;
- Respect des procédures, des règles de sécurité, des standards et des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP's);
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et professionnalisme.
