Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Observes and practice safe sanitation principles.
Monitors the sanitizer levels of the dish machine on a daily basis
Washes all dishware after every meal.
Washes pots and pans as necessary.
Keeps dish area clean.
Follows the kitchen cleaning schedule
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager/Chef or General Manager
