We are looking for a fun and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn to join our Talent Acquisition team, working from corporate office on Robson Street

This is a permanent full-time position and offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.

Responsibilities

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy that aligns with Corporate objectives and values;
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with senior leadership;
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
Partner with all stakeholders (managers, schedulers, senior leadership) to determine recruitment and utilization needs;
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate social media accounts, job board/newspapers/colleges etc.;
Conduct interviews or coordinate interviews with hiring manager;
Conduct reference checks, process criminal record checks and prepare offers of employment;
Coordinate the onboarding process with the other members of the Human Resources Department and hiring managers;
Ensures compliance with, and adheres to, all CareCorp Seniors Services polices and procedures;
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Post secondary diploma in a related field;
Minimum of
six (6) months related experience;
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
Ability to perform complete work with a high degree of accuracy while performing multiple tasks;
