Job Title:
Weekend Receptionist at Atlas Driving School


Responsibilities:

• Inputting data accurately into our system
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Assisting with student scheduling and appointment coordination
• Providing exceptional customer service to students and parents
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Working Hours:

• Friday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (8 hours)
• Saturday: 9:30 AM 4:30 PM (7 hours)
• Sunday: 9:30 AM 4:00 PM (7 hours)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
