5 months temporary part-time position

up to maximum 25 hours / week


Summary of the Position:


Under the direction of immediate supervisor or the Senior Administrative & Student Affairs Coordinator the incumbent will perform some or all the listed general administrative functions.


Typical Functions:

  • Acts as a resource person for course and faculty lecturers. Provides general information regarding courses, textbooks, classroom allocation and related policies and procedures.
  • Maintains list of equipment available for loan; distributes, receives and verifies equipment back from loan.
  • Assist with packages for delivery of final exams to exam room or for instructor pickup.
  • The list of functions outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by an incumbent.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #3 on a scale of 0-4

High school diploma and two years of relevant experience.
