Noodlebox Canada is a fast-casual southeast Asian wok restaurant with 35 opened locations and plans for a further 50+ in the development pipeline.

We believe in delivering real food, made fresh, with fire to each of our guests. We are a small team of passionate, nice people, based out of Abbotsford, BC.

This role will be responsible for supporting new store openings including coordinating initial training dates, finalizing construction for operations and providing on-site initial store opening support.

This is an exciting role in a high-growth brand. Travel up to 50% of the time.

Additional opportunities exist to impact the brand given our high growth outlook in the coming years.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor franchisee training
  • Support the final execution of construction for the operations department. In partnership with our internal development team
  • Lead initial store opening support and training for new locations

Qualifications

  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Customercentric with a positive attitude
  • Strong technical skill set for training and opening support
  • 3+ years of QSR or Fast Casual restaurant experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • QSR or Fast Casual restaurant: 3 years (required)
