Job Title
Manager Product Control

P&L production, accounting entries, monthend reporting and reconciliation
Act as the primary point person for all Front Office queries, issues and effectively monitor, track, and complete tasks in a timely fashion
Submit all monthly accounting entries to the general ledger and conduct reconciliations to ensure figures are accurate and complete and properly tied back to the systems of records. Ensure there are key controls in place to attest to the integrity of Treasury Services P&L
Communication of daily Treasury Services P&L results to Front Office, compare P&L Estimate vs. Actual results explain variances and obtain signoff
Provide support to Statutory and Regulatory Reporting and Head Office as it relates to the business filling out relevant templates and providing adequate back up on a monthly basis.
Identify opportunities to improve valuation and risk reports and proactively streamline processes to improve productivity
Perform daily P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations to ensure figures are properly tied back to the systems of records
Collaborate and provide support to our partners across Finance, Risk, technology and other internal functions as needed
Provide information to satisfy audit requests from both internal and external auditors

Must-have

University Degree in finance, economics or other quantitative discipline
2+ years of Capital Markets experience
Strong accounting experience
Advanced understanding of procedures and operational controls as they relate to trading systems and workflows
Excellent Excel skills
Strong problemsolving, interpersonal and communication skills

Job Summary

As a Manager, Product Control, you will be responsible to provide quality analytical support to the Treasury Services Product Control area by performing P&L reconciliation, General Ledger attestation, and reporting on an accurate and timely basis.

You will also respond to ad hoc requests, support business needs and help improve existing operating procedures.
