Responsibilities:

Lead the daytoday operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards.
Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers, to maintain a highlevel of performance and professionalism.
Develop and manage employee schedules, assigning tasks efficiently to optimize restaurant productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and proactively order supplies to meet operational needs.
Uphold rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Formulate and execute strategies to drive restaurant sales and profitability.
Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and introduce new menu offerings and specials.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial capacity within the hospitality sector is essential.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and managing diverse teams.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive interpersonal relationships.
Proficient in food handling protocols and knowledgeable about food safety regulations.
Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems for streamlined order processing and inventory management.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
