As a Real Estate Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the development process, interacting with internal and external teams, ensuring financial feasibility, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
This role requires a foundational knowledge in real estate development, corporate finance concepts, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, exceptional business writing skills, and project management capabilities.

Diversity is a strength
Education, Training, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate development and/or asset management.
- Proven track record of successful project management and structured financial analysis in real estate development.
- Indepth understanding of financial concepts related to commercial real estate and development.
- Ability to analyze financial data, assess risk, and make informed decisions.
- Microsoft Excel and Financial Modeling
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Capable of creating detailed financial models for project evaluation and decisionmaking.
- Exceptional business writing skills to provide articulate and effective communication.
- Prepare first drafts of presentations, letters of intent (LOI), agreements, and other documentation utilizing templates.
- Strong project management skills to ensure projects and consultants are on track, that their inquiries are addressed promptly, and milestones are achieved on time and on budget.
Your day-to-day will include
Development Process Management
- Assist in the development process by assisting in coordinating internal and external teams.
- Keep projects on track through effective project management.
- Assist in managing relationships with shareholders and stakeholders, including creating quarterly investor reports from template.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration to meet project goals.
- Conduct initial due diligence on new opportunities and projects.
- Analyze market trends, financial viability, and potential risks.
- Draft letters of intent, agreements, proposals, etc., from template
- Work collaboratively with legal teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Valuation and proforma modelling
- Structuring analysis
- Financial feasibility analysis
- Assist in securing term financing for the portfolio.
- Assist in coordinating construction financing for development projects.
