Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed National media and data sales targets across digital media platforms including display and video for all revenue streams: programmatic, direct sales and BM Mobile products
- Drive towards and negotiate for additional share outside of and additive to, contractually agreed upon spend from both agency and direct clients.
- Developed understanding of data monetization strategies from a Digital media & advertising perspective
- Identify, develop and maintain advertising agency and direct client contacts on behalf of Bell Media's digital media sales team
- Provide quality service with a focus on client retention through regular, relevant and systemic contact with all active and potential advertisers
- Prepare and deliver strategic sales proposals, including appropriate research data
- Experienced and comfortable with programmatic media
- Work in collaboration with management team to assist in development of customer specific proposals
- Attend and participate in Sales meetings and liaise effectively with all sales support functions
- Develop and execute a specific prospecting plans for each Key Account
- Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all current Bell Media digital product offering
- Work collaboratively with other Bell Media teams, including Ad Operations, Brand Partnerships, Broadcast, Out of Home and Radio sales team
Critical Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience within a digital media sales environment
- Knowledge of digital and broadcast industry terms, standards and metrics
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals; proven ability to manage work independently
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills, combined with ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure of deadline and last minute revisions
- A highly developed client service focus and drive to close sales
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well developed computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- A Post Secondary degree
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
