Summary:


Role and Responsibilities:


The duties of this position will consist primarily of phone and counter customer interaction and additional materials handling when required.

After hours parts on call coordination duties will also be required.

  • Support customer phone call and walkin traffic
  • Daily expediting of open Purchase Orders
  • Data input on the computer through working with various operating systems
  • Filing of orders, Purchase orders, and other items as necessary
  • Handling of incoming, outgoing, and internal deliveries
  • Coordination, Scheduling and Management of the 7/24 oncall parts rotation (approximately days per year)
  • Coordinate repair returns, warranty confirmation, and tracking
  • Conduct scheduled stock counts
  • Inventory Management
  • Reorder points
  • Maintenance of the warehouse
- cleanliness of work areas

  • Picking customer orders
  • Physical and computerized management of all stock/vendor returns and nonreturnable stock
  • Coordinating with our safety team for distribution of safety supplies

Qualifications and Skills:


  • High School Diploma required
  • Forklift operation is an asset
  • Mechanical aptitude is an asset
  • Instrumentation Diploma or equivalent is an asset
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office with strong emphasis on Word and Excel)
  • Excellence in customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
  • Proven organization, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
  • Detailoriented
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers license
  • Must be physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs.
