- Education and/or experience in Office Administration
- Current experience with computer word processing, Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, and other database software.
- Experience in scheduling employee's and/or large volume of resources.
- Experience processing and verifying timesheets and leave forms is considered an asset.
- Interpersonal and communication skills

Job Requirements: Interaction with residents and their families, staff and members of the public; possible exposure to animals, second-hand smoke, infectious disease and latex products, plants/flowers; indoor temperatures of approximately 75 degrees Fahrenheit (23 degrees Celsius); rotating shift work, weekends and statutory holidays within a 24/7 per year setting; sitting for long periods in front of a computer, standing, twisting and bending.
