    Essential Qualifications

    :
  • Education and/or experience in Office Administration
  • Current experience with computer word processing, Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, and other database software.
  • Experience in scheduling employee's and/or large volume of resources.
  • Experience processing and verifying timesheets and leave forms is considered an asset.
  • Desired Knowledge, Skills and Suitability:
    Candidates should have and may be assessed on:

  • Multitasking with attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and able to deal with constant interruptions.
  • Ability to use a wide range of knowledge and critical thinking skills.

  • Provide excellent service to a diverse group of co-workers, residents and the public.
  • Conditions of Employment: TB Screening, Security Clearance with Vulnerable Sector, and WHMIS 2015.

    Job Requirements: Interaction with residents and their families, staff and members of the public; possible exposure to animals, second-hand smoke, infectious disease and latex products, plants/flowers; indoor temperatures of approximately 75 degrees Fahrenheit (23 degrees Celsius); rotating shift work, weekends and statutory holidays within a 24/7 per year setting; sitting for long periods in front of a computer, standing, twisting and bending.
