Job Summary
SNPS is a well-established Bookkeeping and Accounting Services company based in East York, Toronto.

To cater to our growing team, we are looking for an executive professional who can take on the role of an Accounting Operations Manager.

The individual should be driven, hard-working, a self starter and a quick learner, have impeccable integrity and should have displayed leadership skills in the past.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supervising customer service team in performing bookkeeping, taxation, administration, and other customer service tasks relating to the services offered.
  • Scheduling and managing work allocation to ensure efficient processes and timely results.
  • Preparing and maintaining accounting records, assisting in the preparation and control of budgets.
  • Manage accounts receivable, record and send invoices, send statements, make collection calls, update payments in the books, and reconcile with bank accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable, record and pay bills, manage subscription payments including monthly review, verify various monthly bills including utilities, subscriptions, contractor payments, etc.
  • Managing information flow with clients, creating systems and processes to obtain and provide timely information necessary to provide exceptional bookkeeping services.
  • Serve as a backup for all accounting operations, including bookkeeping, taxation, and administration.
  • Drive operational improvements to develop a highly efficient worldclass accounting process.
  • Creating and managing training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Taking initiative for special projects and servicing client requests in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to a Goal Set and Review (GS&R) system geared towards maximizing potential.
  • Any other work as maybe required to fulfill the above responsibilities.
