Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of grounds crew members.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the crew.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain and repair landscaping equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the grounds, including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the crew.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate with property management and residents as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of workers.
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
