- Train and mentor bar staff in mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
- Manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage guests with your knowledge of mixology.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new beverage menus and concepts.
