Description
Abbotsford Nissan, a family owned and operated new car dealership in the Fraser Valley is seeking a Service Advisor. Previous experience on the service counter in an automotive repair facility is required.

If you have minimum 1 year experience and are a motivated, team oriented individual, then this position is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Establish follow up time
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Previous service advisor experience
  • A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
