- Meet with customers to understand project needs and guide them through window and door solutions
- Manage projects from initial consultation through installation completion
- Maintain accurate records and timely updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate scheduling, timelines, and communication between internal teams and customers
- Ensure customers receive five-star service at every stage of the process
- Proven ability to close deals across short and long sales cycles
- Resolve issues with professionalism, care, and strong problem-solving skills
- Travel to customer locations daily (up to 100% of work time)
- Live within the local area or be willing to relocate
- Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
- Excellent interpersonal communication with a diplomatic, positive, and energetic attitude
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work
