Role


As a Program Enablement Manager at Plusgrade, you're pivotal to identifying and managing growth and optimization opportunities within our partner's portfolios to ensure rapid enablement of our programs.

You'll achieve this by executing our go-to-market strategies and ensuring meaningful alignment, coordination and collaboration and across the commercial, product and marketing teams.


Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director, Partner Enablement, you'll be responsible for:

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure we're organized and moving together to achieve our revenue targets through new product launches and existing product optimization.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain and manage a single source of truth to easily identify product and feature gaps across existing portfolio.
  • Providing training, resources and ongoing support to Partner Success Managers to enable them to onboard partners to each new program efficiently and effectively.
  • Managing a process to ensure that Partner Success Managers are sharing and utilizing best practices.
  • Communicating and ensuring that we have internal resources to support new product launches and initiatives.
  • Aligning gotomarket calendars with product roadmaps and ensuring that we're hitting internal timelines.
  • Strategizing with Product Managers to manage partner feedback as well as pilot programs.

Qualifications

  • 23 years minimum of project management experience
  • Organization, communication, follow up
  • Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SQL experience is an asset
  • Technology SaaS companies
