You would:

• Work with product teams to understand and document new features that are being launched
• Structure and organize the information to make the documentation easily navigable so that our users can quickly find the information they need
• Listen to customer feedback on gaps in our documentation and resolve any outstanding issues
• Build and share compelling tutorials, demos, and guides on how to use Gadget
• Create and participate in Gadgetfocused communities across the web (Discord, Github, Slack)

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in JavaScript: Gadget runs on and most of our users are JavaScript developers. Some JavaScript knowledge will help you understand the learning curve that the typical Gadget user experiences when starting out, and should help us write better documentation
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical audiences
• Great writing skills, specifically in technical writing
