    Coordonnateur TI / Bras droit du Responsable TI Introduction

    Bonjour,
    Je suis Robin, conseiller en recrutement et développement des affaires au sein de FED IT, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé sur les métiers TI.
    J'interviens sur deux types de recrutement : temporaires et permanents.
    Tous nos conseillers en recrutements sont des experts TI qui parlent votre langage et évoluent dans votre univers. Nous couvrons les métiers de l'informatique, développement, décisionnel et infrastructure.

    Mission

    Assurer la coordination des activités TI et agir comme point central entre le responsable TI, les équipes imparties et les utilisateurs internes.

    Surveiller, prioriser et assurer le suivi des demandes adressées aux fournisseurs de support niveaux 2-3.

    Participer à la planification, l'exécution et le suivi de projets TI, dont les projets SharePoint et autres projets d'amélioration ou d'implantation.

    Contribuer au maintien des standards, processus et bonnes pratiques TI.

    Préparer et tenir à jour la documentation liée aux systèmes, projets et processus.

    Soutenir ponctuellement le responsable TI dans ses tâches stratégiques et opérationnelles.

    Assurer une présence quotidienne sur site pour appuyer les équipes et maintenir une vision terrain.

    • Sens de l'organisation : Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités simultanément.

    • Excellentes compétences en communication : Aptitude à interagir efficacement avec les utilisateurs et les équipes techniques.

    • Esprit d'équipe : Capacité à collaborer avec divers départements et à diriger une équipe.

    • Orientation client : Engagement à fournir un service de qualité aux utilisateurs.

    • Proactivité : Anticipation des problèmes et proposition de solutions innovantes.

    • Profil consultant souhaitant se stabiliser, capable de prendre un rôle polyvalent et évolutif.

    • Diplôme en informatique ou domaine connexe.

    • Expérience professionnelle : Plusieurs années dans le support informatique, avec progression vers des responsabilités de coordination ou de gestion d'équipe ; expérience managériale reconnue.

    • Expérience avec SharePoint (un atout).

    • Habitude de travailler avec des équipes en impartition.
