Job summary
The Case Worker (Activity/Programming) is responsible for assisting in developing,coordinating and facilitating programming and events that are informed by participant recommendations
and identified needs. Working primarily in the Drop-in,
the Case Worker is responsible for providing direct support to individuals accessing the space,
contributing to the service plan process and collaborating with Drop-in Support Mentors
and Case Management Teams to contribute to the clear understanding of support needs
and associated program goals.
