Sheraton Ottawa Hotel is currently seeking a Guess Service Supervisor


Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays
This job is for YOU, if you have the ability to:

  • Create genuine connections with our guests, making customer service a priority and their hotel experience memorable.
  • Learn about our Hotel and our Loyalty programs.
  • Provide support to coach, direct and manage the team.
  • Champion a culture of empowerment to resolve guest and associate concerns.
  • Prepare for groups, VIP and frequent guest arrivals.
  • Assist with training and development of associates
  • Act as a Manager on Duty while on property including responding to emergencies and guest complaints.
  • Assist in preparing payroll, schedules and forecasting.

Other Key Skills:

  • Above average knowledge of Excel, an affinity for numbers, attention to detail.
  • Passionate about customer care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Team player.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of guest service related experience
  • Bilingualism considered an asset
  • Hospitality/Tourism/Business degree would be considered an asset.

From $50,000.00 per year
