We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Corus Orthodontists.

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, Communications, & Investor Relations, you will be responsible for driving new patient acquisition, development and retention initiatives that deliver against our growth goals.

From developing revenue generating programs, to scaling existing programs, you will work on a wide breadth of projects that balance business growth with what's best for our patients.

This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who's passionate about driving growth strategies that deliver impact with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.


Corus Orthodontists is a growing orthodontic partnership network that provides an ideal balance of support and autonomy for orthodontic specialists at all stages of their careers.

We are one of the fastest growing orthodontic partnerships with 50+ practices in both Canada and the USA and employ 1000+ team members.


What you will be doing - key responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth across the network including the launch of new programs and optimization of existing programs
  • Develop crosssell and upsell strategies based on patient segment/profile
  • Seek and evaluate new growth opportunities by conducting independent research and developing gotomarket strategies for new programs (e.g. Teeth whitening offering);
  • Make recommendations to senior leadership on how to improve and optimize patient conversion and revenue
  • Lead projects endtoend working closely with crossfunctional home office and practice team members through implementation
  • Develop relationships and partnership programs with new and existing 3rd party partners (e.g. Align Tech, Dental Monitoring) helping to drive incremental revenue and coop funding to support programming
  • Oversee paid media partner relationships for all digital (SEO, SEM, paid social) and traditional media working closely with marketing colleagues supporting portfolios of practices
  • Evaluate and launch digital tracking solutions to help improve and optimize online conversion across the network; Evaluate/launch a reputation management platform to improve reviews takeup across network
  • Develop referral strategies to leverage customer advocates and encourage virality and build organic growth
  • Test and learn across the funnel, driving experimentation and optimization across programs, campaigns and inmarket experiences
  • Develop and maintain a performance tracking plan for all projects
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to position our practices to win
  • Work with Marketing Managers to ensure that consistent and compelling materials and communications accompany initiatives

What you bring - qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in business or equivalent, or 7+ years of progressive experience
  • 5 years of growth experience driving revenue including paid media and referral growth; product management experience an asset
  • Startup experience an asset
  • Technical experience managing digital platforms and martech stack, building best practices for enhancements and constantly looking to evolve tools
  • Healthcare work experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong negotiation skills
  • Advanced/expert MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Where you will be working/other important information:

  • This position is remote and can be done from anywhere in Canada or the United States.
  • You will work a regular 40hour per week schedule, Monday to Friday
