Responsibilities:


  • Perform maintenance.
  • Perform electrical repairs and installations.
  • Install hot water heaters, furnaces, and air conditioners.
  • Install carpets, tile and linoleum.
  • Install roofing material.
  • Install concrete, asphalt and masonry flooring and walls.
  • Install stone or brick veneer.
  • Install siding materials.
  • Perform general construction operations such as framing, carpentry, drywall finishing, painting and plastering.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
