- Minimum 6 years progressive recruitment experience with 3 years as a people manager working with senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, driving alignment and results
- Proven ability to collaborate, build and maintain strong relationships across multiple teams
- Experience in building and executing a recruitment strategy
- Social Media recruitment experience and expert knowledge of LinkedIn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
