You are a cheerful customer service master who is passionate about helping people. You get a kick out of getting members to those aha moments. Helping members makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. You are team focused and customer service conscious. You have accurate and detailed knowledge of all programs, prices, services and policies. Not only that, you are able to think on your feet and effectively use your resources. If you don't know the answer, you'll dig until you find it.

As a Member Support Administrator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Updating and maintaining members data in our customer relations management software
  • Answering a members questions about promotions and club services
  • Processing a past due payment with a member
  • Answering the telephone within 3 rings with a smile on your face
  • Rescheduling a new member in for an appointment
  • Consistently communicating with the all departments to better enhance the members overall experience
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records in customer relations management software

To land this role you need to have;

  • Postsecondary education relating to the health and fitness industry and additional certifications or workshops relating to customer service are an asset.
  • 1+ experience working in customer service
  • Experience working with a customer relationship management software is an asset
  • CPR/First Aid certification (required to have a minimum of Emergency First Aid and CPR certification) required prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually.
  • All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
