Our operations team is growing, we are looking for a packaging equipment technician/operator to join the team and improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities_

Set up and operation of packaging equipment with onboard robotics
Label and assemble all Prollenium products, following strict procedures for quality, accuracy and safety
Ensuring proper lot number and expiry date of product to satisfy customer order
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment on the Marchesini packaging line
Provide necessary documentation and data to the Packaging Supervisor/Manager
Inspect the quality of the packaged products prior to passing the documentation to the Quality department
Comply with ISO 13485 standards and GMP
Receipt and inspection of supplies for assembly of all Prollenium products and maintain inventory of components during production
Accurately complete the Manufacturing Batch Production SOPs as per GMP procedures
Perform other duties as required

Required Skills/Qualifications_

Proven knowledge of, and experience with, packaging equipment in the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical production environments with mediumhigh output is required
Proven knowledge of, and experience with packaging automation and robotics
Excellent handeye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Ability to work and communicate with others professionally and effectively, in a teamoriented environment
Knowledge of, and experience with GMP and ISO
Physically able and willing to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs

Required Experience_

2+ years of experience with packaging equipment in the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical production environments with mediumhigh output
2+ years medium high speed equipment automation and robotics setup and maintenance
2+ years experience in the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical production environment

Education_

Technical Diploma-Electrical or Electronic Engineering
