Description
Working with the lead sales representatives at Di Pietra Design. The Data Entry Clerk prepares work to be estimated by gathering quotes, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements and inputs the information into our processors precisely and accurately. Communication with customers and clients will be needed to gather clarity and to follow up. Working with clients one on one will be needed at times as well.


Job Requirements:


  • Proven experience as
    data entry, job costs and estimates:
  • Proven experience as a sales representative
  • Fast typing
    skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
