Accountabilities:


As the Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada, you will be responsible for the sale of the company's products in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

This involves contacting existing and potential clients to discuss their needs, uncover any pain points, and proposing solutions to alleviate those pain points.


  • Maintaining strong relationships with our customer base and developing high value relationships with potential clients
  • Supporting the team with accurate records regarding lead status, proposal implementation, sales calls, quotations, and followups using our CRM system
  • Maintaining uptodate expertlevel knowledge of our products and services
  • Arranging visits with clients to ensure adequate coverage of the territory
  • Attending seminars, tradeshows, and other industry functions
  • Conducting virtual and onsite sales demonstrations
  • Other salesrelated tasks, as necessary

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Marketing, or College Diploma with relevant experience in food packaging or quality assurance instrumentation
  • 35 years' experience in a B2B sales role
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms
