+Translate broad, conceptual ideas into meaningful, player-centric product experiences that surprise and delight,+Own the evolution of a scalable design system,+Design end-to-end user flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into intuitive, usable interfaces,+Lead design discovery and experimentation,,+Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to guide the user experience from concept through launch,
,+Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders as needed throughout the product development lifecycle,
,+Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to define event tracking and measurement strategies that validate design hypotheses and inform iteration,
,+Contribute to the evolution of team design practices, standards, and documentation to support consistency and quality across the product.
