Description

Our team is growing We are looking for another self-directed, detailed Executive Sales Team Administrator (anticipated 20-30 hours per week in the Eastern time zone) to support cross-functional enterprise sales teams with multiple competing priorities.

Various activities of the role include supporting these high-performing teams in day-to-day administrative operations and coordination.

This role will provide upward mobility for individuals who can demonstrate mastery of the technology, tools, and organizational and critical thinking skills needed.

**You will provide proactive, world-class service in a fast-paced environment with amazing clients and their sales-related projects in the following ways:

  • Support multiple clients in collecting, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of enterprise sales data from a variety of data sources and client tools.
  • Create & distribute meeting notes by attending live meetings or listening to meeting recordings.
  • Support regular client team meetings by setting up calendar invites, posting the agenda, and capturing & distributing action items.
  • Utilize tools and methods to coordinate work efforts and share best practices to increase efficiencies for clients.
  • Provide accountability through dashboards, project plans, milestones, action tracking, and status reports.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders on adhoc requests.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Create and update status reports.

Qualifications

  • 15 years experience such as coordinating events, managing volunteer groups or sports leagues or corporate initiatives (sales teams or otherwise) or supporting a project team in a related field (customer support, business administration, etc.)
  • Postsecondary education in a relatable field or a combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficient use of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to be proactive, selfdirected and resourceful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and expression in individual or group situations.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Detailoriented to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed with precision.
  • Experience running team meetings, managing action items, and escalating risks is considered an asset.
  • Able to pass a background check related to criminal history in order to work with our global clients.
