TS Automation Inc. is an automation, electrical and building maintenance contractor that has been in business for 21 years. We believe in building our employee's careers along with our business.We are currently looking to fill a building maintenance position in Winnipeg. 37.5 hours per week. 8am-4pm.
Duties:
- Preventative maintenance of mechanical equipment such as check/change belts/filters/ troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Minor plumbing repairs.
- Changing light bulbs.
- Groundskeeping
- Document and communicate work completed
- Various other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined, comfortable with hand tools
- Proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Organized, with high attention to detail
- Articulate, with strong oral communication skills
- Clear criminal background (Bondable)
- Own transportation is an asset
- WHMIS or safety training is an asset
- 5th Class Power Engineering is an asset
Salary:
$17.00-$22.00 per hour
