+ GFT is seeking to build a pipeline of Water/Wastewater Pipeline Engineer/Project Manager talent.
+ The role follows a hybrid work model requiring regular attendance at our Toronto Mississauga or Ottawa office.
+ As a Water/Wastewater Pipeline Engineer/Project Manager you will provide technical leadership and support to a team of skilled engineers managing multiple projects.+ This represents an excellent career opportunity for a proven self-starter capable of leading small to large scale projects with customer-centric mentality.+ In this capacity the successful candidate will be responsible for participating in condition assessment evaluations meeting established budgets and delivery schedules working directly with clients identifying needs providing solutions while leading teams preparing winning proposals and successful presentations developing small to large design projects from inception to completion preparing complete construction packages managing client relationships creating cost estimates project schedules ensuring design tasks are completed within budget on schedule leading preparation detailed engineering calculations analyses utilizing software solving complex issues supervising mentoring junior engineers staff.+ What you bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Environmental Mechanical Chemical Engineering related field study 4 years related experience PEng or pursuing PEng What we prefer you bring: Project experience including design construction water distribution systems wastewater collection systems stormwater systems pump/lift stations strong clear concise written oral communication skills excellent technical writing skills functional experience MS Office applications active participation regional national professional associations.
