Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather project requirements and specifications
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and availability of resources
Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project phases
Oversee and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement costsaving measures
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among project team members

Requirements:

35 years' experience managing construction or renovation projects
35 years' experience working directly with the Emergency and Restoration industry (insurance); not required but considered an asset
Proficient in estimating software and project management tools (MS Office, Xactimate and Xactanalysis)
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
