Job summary

We are seeking a senior leader to serve as Director, Energy Conservation & Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) . This role sits on the Commercial & Business Development senior leadership team and plays a critical part in shaping how energy conservation, system planning, and regulatory strategy come together to support safe, reliable, affordable,
,lower‑emissions energy for millions of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end‑to‑end leadership for the Energy Conservation portfolio across Gas Distribution & Storage (GDS), ensuring programs support system reliability,
    ,cost‑effective emissions reductions,and customer affordability.
  • Set and evolve multi‑year DSM strategies across residential,
    ,commercial,,industrial,,and low‑income customer segments.
  • Oversee program performance and continuous improvement using evaluation,,measurement & verification (EM&V),participation trends,,and cost‑effectiveness results aligned with regulatory approvals.
