Description

The
Facilities Operator I is responsible for providing maintenance and operational services to municipal facilities throughout North Perth, as well as provide lawn care duties and maintenance to parks, trails and sports fields.

Secondary School Diploma
First Aid/CPR Certification
Valid drivers license and clean driver's abstract
Working knowledge of refrigeration, mechanical and electrical equipment and equipment maintenance techniques
Experience with ice resurfacer, tractors, turf maintenance equipment and janitorial equipment will be considered an asset
Physical ability to perform moderate and heavy physical labour
ORFA Basic Refrigeration Course is an asset

The pay range for this position is $ $34.39 per hour based upon a 40-hour workweek. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. North Perth offers a comprehensive benefits and pension plan.
