Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with construction engineers, architects, designers and contractors.
- Supervise and direct workers who are engaged in construction activities.
- Observe construction work and ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.
- Ensure that equipment and personnel are properly positioned to complete the work in a timely manner.
- Identify safety issues with construction activities and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality control over construction activities including reviewing, approving or rejecting materials and inspecting completed works.
- Ensure that construction activities are completed in a way that optimizes the use of resources.
Salary:
$100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
